Like Father - Like Son

Marlboro Man (Von) is a avid drag racing fan! He loves drag racing and fast old muscle cars! The stories he tells from when he was young is enough to make your hair stand on end.

Early this morning, MM and Sam were watching a replay of last night's NHRA's qualifying. Sam sat with his Dad eating apples and is totally mesmerized. Sam too loves cars! I hope his love for fast cars ends with always sitting with his Dad and just watching it on TV.

LIttle Bites of Love

Today while we were out Spring cleaning the front yard .... we ventured into a little nest of baby bunnies. Four bunnies ran every which way ... and immediately Sammy our Boxer grabbed one and ran. Jay said, "It's okay Mama Bunny ... Grandma and Grandpa in Heaven needed a little Bunny too!" Their innocence and perception never fails to amaze me! ~ Thank you Jesus for protecting their little hearts!

Last night we were sitting on the couch watching Andy Griffin. Sam looked up at his Dad and ask, "Hey Daddy ... what number is Andy?" We just were not understanding ... until he told us that Barney was number five! Get it? Barney Fife ... Barney Five!
